Choose your preferred look and options, review the details, and complete secure checkout. For made-to-order dolls, we coordinate production and share finished photos for your approval before insured shipping. Once your doll arrives, unpack, dress, and enjoy your new companion.

• We source dolls from the stated brand or verified production channels.
• We do not replace branded dolls with unbranded or lower-grade alternatives.
• Your selected body, head, material, skin tone, and options are checked before shipment.
• If an option is unavailable, we contact you first instead of making unauthorized substitutions.
• If your order does not match the confirmed details, contact us with your order information and unboxing evidence for support.

1. Faster Air Shipping

Air transportation usually takes around 7–14 days, while sea shipping can take approximately 35–50 days after production. Air freight costs more, but Ganova covers the extra shipping cost so you can receive your doll much sooner.

You do not need to pay an additional express shipping fee just to avoid a long sea-freight wait.

Once your doll is shipped, we provide tracking information and continue following the shipment until delivery.

2. Your Shipping Risk Stays With Ganova

A doll is large, heavy, and more difficult to transport safely than an ordinary package.

If your doll is damaged during transportation before it reaches you, Ganova does not simply pass the problem back to you.

Send us your order number, unboxing video, photos of the outer packaging, and clear photos of the damaged area. We will review the case and coordinate the appropriate solution with the manufacturer or shipping provider when necessary.

Depending on the situation, support may include:

• repair guidance
• repair materials
• replacement parts
• replacement of an affected component
• another appropriate solution for serious transit damage

You should not have to contact the factory or shipping company yourself and argue over who is responsible.

Until the doll is safely delivered, Ganova remains involved in resolving shipping damage.

3. Lifetime Repair Guidance

A doll can be used for years, and small problems may appear long after delivery.

Minor TPE or silicone tears, loose fingernails, eyelash issues, surface damage, connector problems, or other repairable issues do not always mean that the doll needs to be replaced.

Ganova customers can contact us for lifetime repair guidance.

Simply send us clear photos or a short video showing the problem. We will help you identify the issue, determine whether it can safely be repaired at home, recommend the correct repair method, and explain what materials or tools are needed.

For simple repairs, we can guide you through the process step by step.

When appropriate, Ganova can also provide basic low-cost repair materials, such as suitable adhesive or small repair supplies, without charging for the material itself.

For more serious structural problems, we will help you determine whether factory support or professional repair is the better solution.

4. Lifetime Care & Maintenance Support

Many ownership questions only appear after the doll arrives.

You may want to know how to clean it properly, how long it can remain standing, which clothes may stain the skin, how to store it for several months, or how to move a heavy body without putting unnecessary stress on the skeleton.

Ganova customers can continue contacting us for practical care and maintenance advice after delivery.

We can help with topics such as:

• cleaning and drying
• long-term storage
• clothing and skin staining
• TPE and silicone care
• wigs and implanted hair
• standing feet
• skeleton positioning
• moving and lifting
• sticky or oily skin
• everyday maintenance

Sometimes a small change in how a doll is cleaned, stored, or moved can prevent a much more difficult repair later.

5. Configuration Review Before Production

A custom doll order can include many individual options, and one incorrect selection can affect the final result.

Before an eligible custom order enters production, Ganova reviews the main configuration again.

We check important details such as:

• body and head selection
• skin tone
• material
• connector type
• major custom options
• compatibility between selected components

If something appears unusual or incompatible, we contact you for confirmation before production begins.

Once production has started, changes can become difficult or expensive.

A final review before production helps catch avoidable mistakes while they are still easy to correct.

6. We Keep Your Doll’s Configuration on Record

Your need for support may continue long after the original order is completed.

A year or two later, you may want another head, a replacement part, repair materials, or help checking whether a new accessory is compatible with your doll.

For Ganova orders, we keep the important configuration details associated with your purchase on record.

This may include:

• brand
• body model
• head model
• material
• skin tone
• connector type
• major custom options
• original order configuration

If you contact us later, we can refer back to your original order instead of asking you to identify everything again from the beginning.

This makes future replacement parts, new heads, repair support, and compatibility checks much easier.
