Frequently Asked Questions About In-Stock Dolls

In-stock dolls are assigned to regional warehouse collections. Availability, destination eligibility, taxes, and delivery timing remain specific to the doll and shipping route.

What does “In Stock” mean on Ganova?

It means the doll is listed for fulfillment from a regional warehouse at the time shown, rather than being treated as a standard made-to-order item. Stock can change during checkout or order review, so the doll page and Ganova’s written order confirmation are authoritative.

How quickly do U.S. and EU warehouse dolls arrive?

Ganova’s current published estimates are 3–11 days for U.S. warehouse dolls and 4–13 days for EU warehouse dolls. These estimates can be extended by order review, carrier capacity, customs, weather, holidays, address issues, or remote-area service. See the Shipping & Delivery Policy.

Can a U.S. in-stock item ship to Europe, or an EU item ship elsewhere?

Not automatically. Delivery depends on the doll, warehouse, destination law, customs route, carrier coverage, parcel size, and supplier restrictions. Before ordering across regions or to a remote area, email sales@ganovadoll.com with the doll link and full destination details.

Are taxes and customs charges included for in-stock dolls?

Only when the doll page or order confirmation specifically states that tax is included for that doll, route, and destination. Otherwise, local authorities or the carrier may collect import duties, taxes, customs fees, brokerage, or handling charges. Ganova cannot make a blanket tax-included promise for every destination.

Can I cancel an in-stock order?

Cancellation is generally possible only before warehouse processing, labeling, or carrier handoff, and it cannot be guaranteed once fulfillment begins. Contact Ganova immediately; a request is not accepted until confirmed in writing. Once the parcel is with the carrier, it normally cannot be cancelled as though it had not shipped. See the Refund and Returns Policy.

Why has tracking stopped updating?

A regional or segmented shipment may move between logistics networks, wait for customs processing, or receive its next scan only after local-courier handoff. A short gap does not necessarily mean the parcel is lost. If there is no update beyond the expected stage, contact Ganova with your order number and tracking number.
