What Qualifies for a Price Match?

Matching specifications: the offer must cover the same brand, model, size, body, head, material, skin tone, and paid upgrades.
A verifiable retailer: the seller must be an authorized retailer supplying genuine branded products.
An available offer: the doll must be available to order and deliver to your location when you submit your request. In-stock and made-to-order offers must have comparable availability.

How We Compare Prices

Send the complete quote, not just the headline product price. We compare the same configuration in the same currency, including shipping and any stated taxes or fees for your delivery location. Include any discount code used in the other retailer’s quote.

For an order already placed with Ganova, we use the amount you actually paid after discounts. If a quote leaves a charge unclear, we will ask for clarification before confirming a match.

Offers Outside This Promise

Marketplace or auction listings, pre-owned or refurbished dolls, temporary flash deals, and offers for different or unverified products are not eligible.

If a brand’s minimum selling price prevents a match, we will explain the restriction before confirming eligibility. This promise does not include additional gifts or bonus rewards.

Let us check the details. We verify the retailer, availability, specifications, and comparable total, and contact you if anything is missing.
Receive our confirmation. Before purchase, we confirm the matched price. For an approved request submitted within 30 days of purchase, we confirm the full price-difference refund.
