– In-stock local warehouse orders: tracking is usually available within 1–3 business days

– Custom-made dolls: tracking is usually available after production and final confirmation, typically within 2–4 weeks

– Segmented shipping routes: tracking may not update immediately during the international transit stage. Updates usually appear once the parcel reaches the local carrier network

You may not see tracking updates immediately if:

  • your order is still being processed
  • your doll is in production
  • the shipment is using segmented logistics
  • the parcel has not yet been scanned by the local carrier
