Ganova works to offer fair, transparent pricing on genuine products. If you find the same eligible product from a legitimate seller at a lower comparable final price, you may request a price review.

Our Commitment

A good product should not be judged by price alone. Ganova considers authenticity, correct specifications, safe payment, discreet shipping, reliable support, and after-sales service part of the total value customers receive.

Our price guarantee is designed to help customers buy with confidence while protecting against fake products, misleading listings, incomplete configurations, and non-comparable discounts.

Genuine Product Guarantee

Ganova aims to sell genuine products from legitimate suppliers and verified channels. A price match request must compare against a genuine product from a trustworthy seller.

  • The comparison product must be authentic and legally sold by a legitimate vendor.
  • The product must not be counterfeit, imitation, unauthorized, suspicious, or falsely branded.
  • Marketplace listings with unclear authenticity, incomplete seller information, or unrealistic pricing may be rejected.

Low prices from platforms or sellers known for counterfeit, replica, or unclear-source products are not eligible for Ganova price matching.

Eligible Price Match Requests

A price match request may be reviewed when the competitor offer is clearly comparable to the Ganova product. The comparison must be based on the same product and the same purchasing conditions.

To be eligible, the competitor product should match the Ganova product in:

  • Brand, model, size, body type, head/body combination, material, color, and product condition.
  • Custom options, functions, upgrades, accessories, makeup, hair, skeleton, and other paid selections.
  • Stock type, such as in-stock product compared with in-stock product, or custom product compared with custom product.
  • Shipping destination, shipping method, delivery terms, tax handling, and final delivery cost.

If the product configuration or delivery conditions are different, the price may not be considered comparable.

Final Price Comparison

Ganova reviews the final comparable price, not only the displayed product price. Some listings appear cheaper because shipping, tax, options, or service conditions are not included.

The final comparable price may include:

  • Product price after public discounts.
  • Required upgrades, selected options, custom features, and accessories.
  • Shipping fees, remote-area fees, tax handling, customs duties, import taxes, and carrier charges where applicable.
  • Payment fees, currency conversion, service fees, or other required charges.

If the competitor price excludes charges that Ganova includes, or if Ganova includes support and delivery terms that the competitor does not provide, the request may be adjusted or declined.

Offers Not Covered

The following offers are generally not eligible for price matching:

  • Counterfeit, imitation, unauthorized, suspicious, or unclear-source products.
  • Used, damaged, defective, refurbished, open-box, sample, returned, clearance, final-sale, or quality-defect products.
  • Products with different size, material, head/body combination, options, functions, accessories, condition, or shipping method.
  • Private coupons, membership credits, review rewards, affiliate codes, influencer codes, store credits, wholesale pricing, or negotiated private offers.
  • Flash sales, Black Friday deals, anniversary sales, limited-time promotions, pricing errors, expired promotions, or offers that cannot be publicly verified.
  • Competitor listings that do not clearly show final price, product configuration, tax handling, shipping cost, delivery destination, or seller legitimacy.

How to Request a Price Review

Email sales@ganovadoll.com with the subject line Price Match Request.

Please include the following information so Ganova can review the request efficiently:

  • Your name, email address, and Ganova order number if you have already placed an order.
  • The Ganova product title, product link, selected options, quantity, shipping destination, and final Ganova price.
  • The competitor product link, screenshots, seller name, product title, selected options, shipping cost, tax handling, coupon or discount details, and final competitor price.
  • Any notes explaining why you believe the two offers are comparable.

Requests with missing links, unclear screenshots, incomplete configuration details, or unverifiable prices may take longer to review or may be declined.

Verification and Adjustment

Ganova will review the submitted information and verify whether the competitor offer is genuine, current, available, and comparable. Approval is not automatic and must be confirmed by Ganova in writing.

If approved before purchase, Ganova may provide one of the following:

  • A matching offer, adjusted quote, coupon, or other suitable purchase adjustment.
  • A recommendation for a comparable product or configuration if the submitted comparison is not exactly the same.

If approved after purchase, Ganova may provide a partial refund, store credit, coupon, or another suitable adjustment depending on order status, payment method, product status, and the verified price difference.

Important Notes

Price guarantee reviews are handled case by case. Ganova reserves the right to reject requests that are fraudulent, unverifiable, incomplete, abusive, commercially unreasonable, or based on non-comparable products or offers.

  • Price matching does not override refund, return, shipping, payment, tax, warranty, or after-sales policies.
  • Price differences caused by currency fluctuation, temporary promotion changes, checkout errors, or expired offers may not qualify.
  • Ganova may update or withdraw this price guarantee policy when necessary.
